The legal basis of the processing for the purposes referred to in point 3, letter. A) and B) is the execution of pre-contractual and contractual measures, pursuant to art. 6, par. 1 letter b) of the Regulation.

The legal basis of the processing for the purposes referred to in point 3, letter. C) is the execution of pre-contractual and contractual measures, pursuant to art. 6, par. 1 letter b) of the Regulations, whenever the User contacts the Owner for questions relating to his order or the product or service purchased on the Website; in other cases in which the User contacts the customer support service, however, the processing of personal data will take place on the basis of the consent freely given by the User and in order to respond to his requests.

The legal basis of the processing for the purposes referred to in point 3, letter. D) is your freely expressed consent, pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, letter. a) of the Regulation.

It is your right to revoke the consent previously given at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent given before the revocation. This right can be exercised by sending your request to the Data Controller by registered mail or by e-mail to the addresses indicated in point 1 above.

The legal basis of the processing for the purposes referred to in point 3, letter. E) and F) is to fulfill a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject and/or pursue the legitimate interest of the same, pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, letter. c) and f) of the Regulation.

5. Recipients of personal data

Your personal data may be communicated, exclusively for the above purposes, to the categories of subjects indicated below:

- people, companies, associations or professional firms that provide consultancy and assistance services and activities to the Data Controller, with particular but not exclusive reference to accounting, administrative, legal, tax and financial matters, Internet service providers, cloud service providers, Website managers;

- subjects whose right to access your personal data is recognized by legal provisions and/or secondary legislation;

B) For the fulfillment and execution of the sales contract, your personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to manage the purchase of the products or the provision of the requested services, including the time necessary to manage any returns, complaints and/or or disputes that may arise in relation to the products or services purchased and, in any case, no later than ten years from the termination of the contract, without prejudice to the possibility of conservation for a further period in the event of a legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

C) For the customer support service, your data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to satisfy your request or question.

D) For marketing purposes, your data will be retained until you request to unsubscribe from the newsletter.

AND) To manage the obligations required by law, your data will be kept for the periods imposed by the legislation in force from time to time.

F) For the management of any judicial and/or extrajudicial disputes, your data will be retained for the period necessary to complete the disputes themselves.

10. Complaint to the Guarantor for the protection of personal data

The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data: "Guarantor for the protection of personal data", if he believes that his rights have been violated.

The Website allows interactions with some social networks through a direct connection using specific icons depicting the icons of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube and which allow Users to interact directly with the relevant social platform, which, in this way, can acquire data relating to your visit.
